Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests after this time will be rejected. However, you may return your order after receiving it for a full refund.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that delays may occur during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days after purchase and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
